Insitu-stabilisation of 2 floodways along the Wyntoon Rd to assist in future flood immunity of the floodways.
Scope:
Insitu-stabilisation of 2 floodways involving deep stabilisation with a flyash/cement blend to achieve a high strength pavement. The works incorporated shape correction with import material while improving pavement thicknesses and strength.

Scope:
The scope of the project encompassed upgrading three streets in Tambo. This included supplying and installing RCBCs, including base slabs and end structures, as well as loading, carting, and installing pavement materials followed by a two-coat bitumen sealing process all to the DTMR specifications.

Bottletree Rd Detention

Description:
Central Highlands Regional Council engaged CGW to install a open drain with a flexible concrete mat
Scope:
The scope of this project entailed the bulk excavation of a 350m long drain on minimal fall which then required the installation of a flexible concrete mat. The works included the detailed and bulk excavation to accomodate the detention basins significant runoff.
Kanes Rd Culvert - Mackay Regional Council

During this project CGW performed the installation of a new double RCP with end structures, earthworks and pavement.
Scope:
The Scope included the installation/maintenance of an approx. 1.5km sidetrack, removal of heavy-duty steel pipe, excavation, installation of new 2/2400m RCP, >4m high end structures, backfill/embankment, pavement works all to the MRTS requirements.
Emerald Airport Remediation

CGW was engaged by Central Highlands Regional Council to perform significant remediations works for both runway ways and apron/drainage works to meet the DTMR and MOS requirements.
Scope:
While engaged to complete these works, CGW performed bulk earthworks (cut and fill >6,000m3), stripping/clearing of >300,000m2 advanced Agronomist studies for Landscaping treatments, approx. 100m3 of concrete works all to the DTMR and MOS P139.
Kildonan Rd Floodways

Description:
CGW Australia was engaged to deliver critical floodway upgrades along Kildonan Road to improve road resilience and flood immunity. The project involved the construction and reinforcement of multiple floodways.
Scope:
The project involved construction of 2 reinforced concrete floodways, including bulk/detailed earthworks, drainage improvements, pavement reconstruction, and erosion protection. All works were delivered under live traffic conditions.

Shared Pathway Kilcoy - DTMR

The Scope included the installation of a 2.5m wide 1400m long Shared Pathway with approx. 1,200m3 of Embankment, 2,000m3 of Special Embankment (Rock), Pavement, AC/Bitumen, Insitu End Structures and road furniture (Signs, Fences & linemarking) all to the MRTS requirements.

Bruce Highway Safety Upgrades

Scope:
